Welcome to Imigracionist LLC Belgrade ("Immigrationist", "we," "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at immigrationist.io and our fully digital, AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform (the "Platform") offering automated tools for generating document templates and data-structuring reports. The Platform is designed primarily for business (B2B) clients, such as law firms, travel agencies, or HR teams managing employee relocations. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Immigrationist is a company registered in Serbia, with its registered office at Jurija Gagarina 231, Belgrade, Serbia (registration number 22100696). We provide a digital software platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide automated tools for generating document templates and data-structuring reports based on data users input.
Immigrationist provides a digital software platform and AI tools only. We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or professional service provider. The information, tools, and generated outputs are for informational and assistive purposes only and do not constitute legal advice, immigration consulting, or professional immigration services. You should not rely on the Platform as a substitute for professional legal advice from a qualified solicitor or regulated immigration advisor.
Immigrationist is exclusively a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing fully automated, AI-powered digital tools for generating draft document templates and data-structuring reports based solely on data input by the user.
Access to the Platform tools is granted instantaneously upon successful completion of the transaction via our Merchant of Record. There is no manual review, human onboarding, or delayed delivery of the digital software outputs. Fulfilment of the digital good is instantaneous; the software license is activated automatically upon payment, allowing the User to begin data processing without human intervention from Immigrationist.
The Platform is a self-service drafting tool. You acknowledge that the software does not file applications or submit materials to authorities. Users are responsible for taking the software's digital outputs and independently deciding whether to submit them to authorities. We do not act as your representative or intermediary with any government body.
Your use of the Platform does not create any professional, advisory, consulting, or regulated professional relationship with Immigrationist or its affiliates.
We strive to keep the Platform functional and up-to-date, but immigration laws change frequently. Outputs are generated automatically by AI based on your inputs and publicly available information. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or successful outcomes. Final visa decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities.

The Platform is a fully digital, automated software tool that uses AI to generate draft document templates and reports based on user-provided data. There is no human involvement in the generation or review process.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, review all generated outputs carefully, and notify us promptly of any technical issues.
Fees are outlined in our pricing schedule and payable in advance. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record who is the reseller of the digital software and is responsible for all relevant sales tax (VAT/GST) collection and remittance. Your credit card statement will reflect our Merchant of Record or 'Immigrationist via Merchant of Record'. All sales of digital access are final except where required by applicable consumer law.
As a provider of instant-access digital goods, refunds are not provided once the user has utilized the AI generation tools, as the digital value is deemed consumed upon output generation. Technical failures preventing access will be resolved via support or refunded at our discretion if unresolved within 72 hours.
The Platform is fully AI-driven and automated. Outputs are generated algorithmically without human intervention. You are responsible for ensuring the outputs meet your needs and comply with applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Immigrationist shall not be liable for any losses arising from your use of the Platform, including visa refusals, regardless of cause. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for any reason with notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia. However, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law or to bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
