Refund policy

Immigrationist is sold to law firms and regulated immigration advisers as application credits. One credit lets you prepare one application in Immigrationist. Credits are sold and invoiced by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our authorised reseller and merchant of record, and appear in your account as soon as payment is complete.
Unused credits
If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of that purchase.
Used credits
A credit is used when an application is started for a client. Used credits are not refundable, except as set out below.
If something goes wrong on our side
If a technical fault in Immigrationist prevents you from completing an application, tell us and we will restore the credit or refund it, whichever you prefer.
How long credits last
Credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@immigrationist.io with your order number, which appears on the receipt from Lemon Squeezy. We will reply within two working days. Approved refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law.
