Solarise Technologies is a Novi Sad start-up whose AI helps solar installers prepare quotes. Its founders had a place at Solar & Storage Live UK at the NEC Birmingham, 22–24 September, and meetings lined up with their UK partner, Heliomic Energy. About two weeks before departure they still had no visas, had never travelled to the UK, and visa-centre appointments were almost gone.
